When Lambs Grow Fangs

An empowering urban fantasy set in Brisbane, Australia.

Anna Green (30yr, F) lives a safe, albeit boring, life that takes a dark turn when an innocent night out lands her in the morgue. As a fledgling vampire in a city known for its sun, Anna must rely on her friends as she learns to navigate the enchanting yet perilous not-so-hidden world of faerie magic.

Grappling with her new identity, a blossoming romance with her new friend, Finn, offers a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos, but his benevolent exterior masks a dark past.

When Anna finds herself tangled in a sinister plot, orchestrated by unseen hands, everything she loves hangs in the balance. Does she have what it takes to save the day?

“I thought this was a beautifully layered story with so much to love. A seamlessly blended supernatural  romance which doesn’t shy away from deeper themes like family drama, trauma, spirituality, disability, sexuality, gender fluidity and bias. I was moved by the vulnerability portrayed in the supporting characters, and I loved the way the book kept unravelling to reveal unexpected pieces of information, leaving me surprised right up to the last sentence.
I laughed, I cried (twice!). I was totally hooked and ended the book eager to continue the journey with these characters and stay in their lives. Now I’m left anticipating the follow up that I hope is coming! “
